Return & Exchange Policy

This policy specifies the conditions applicable to returns and exchanges of BüD’z products.

Please note that for any request for assistance with a product exchange, you must contact the store where you made your purchase directly. They will be able to help you according to our policy.

In all cases, our policy requires two important elements: the presentation of proof of purchase including the name of the store, the date of purchase and the purchase price of the product, and the return of the product in question.

Please note that this policy covers manufacturing defects only.

Toys

Duration: Seven (7) days from date of purchase.

Exchange policy exclusions: Our toys are not indestructible and cannot be exchanged after your pet has enjoyed them a little too much! Damage and wear due to normal use are not covered. Items damaged by pets are not eligible for exchange.

We cannot be held responsible for the animal’s behavior due to the ingestion of products.

Never leave a pet unattended with a toy. Always remove any damaged or loose parts from the animal.

Cat trees and scratching posts

Duration: Three (3) months from date of purchase.

Exchange policy exclusions: Damage caused by misuse, such as repeated use of a sisal pole, damage resulting from an assembly error and damage caused by incorrect use of the item are not covered.

Beds

Duration: Three (3) months from date of purchase.

Exchange policy exclusions: Damage caused by an animal, such as urine marks or bites, is not covered.

Bowls

Duration: Six (6) months from date of purchase.

Cages and enclosures

Duration: Six (6) months from date of purchase.

Exchange policy exclusions: Damage caused by the animal’s behavior, such as the animal’s escape, damage resulting from this escape, as well as damage caused to the cage by the animal itself, are not covered by the warranty.

In summary, our policy only covers manufacturing defects for specific periods of time, subject to proof of purchase. However, it does not include damage caused by misuse or by the animal’s behavior. We recommend that our customers carefully keep their proof of purchase to take full advantage of our exchange policy.
